Here is the bike route I took today, 11 miles along nice country lanes.
Took me aprox 1 hour and included a couple of Norfolk hills, good to get the thighs burning.
Biking will certainly be part of my Training routine now.
Shame about all the fly tipping.

Ellee, have a great time with your personal trainer….some thing I would love just glad when it comes to exercise I have alot of self motivation.

I went to the gym today, and am back tomorrow for my first session with my personal trainer -wish me luck.
