- Just had a shower and water came through my kitchen ceiling again thats after workmen had been to fix it last week #
- nurse just told me what i already know… I have low blood pressure #
- weight was down 2lb since last visit to nurse #
- but i still need to start my eat watch again #
- now off to the gym….. #
- Out the gym feeling hot and sick
