Good news and Bad news…..
First the bad, Andrew failed his driving test 
I have re-booked it for him on July 3rd.
By the time he gets a job he will owe me a fortune.
The good news is I finally plucked up the courage and put my house onto the Exchange forum.
Now its just a waiting game and I expect it to be a very long wait
