A week today it will be Geoff’s birthday, and a week today we shall be in his apartment in Les Gets
As his Birthday gift was too heavy to take all that way I decided to give it to him early.
So we have been over dosing on carbohydrates all week-end…
The best so far have been the 5 seeded bread and the fruity bread.
Not really sure if I got the gift for him or myself….. but I am sure he wont mind me making him all this delicious bread.
Maybe now I am back home he will get the chance to try it out for himself, as it really is his gift and one I hope he will get a lot of pleasure from

Many thanks for the splendid gift and it was good seeing the intense concentration on your face weighing in all the ingredients
And tonight its loaded up with the basic brown bread recipe plus two dollops of peanut butter as an experiment
It was a pleasure getting you the gift, I also loved making the bread
and I have a recipe for peanut butter bread too .
I have one of those and the bread is delicious
I am sure it will give hours of pleasure!
was too heavy to take all that way I decided to give it to him early
Innocent love.
Great present Sally, bread looks delicious..I have never thought of buying a bread maker…I don;t eat much bread….especially when Arni is away..But yours does look good.
Thanks for comment on my blog…didn;t think you would envy me
….one thing is Thomas does like walking and the outdoors
That bread looks delicious! Great gift.
Both of those breads look absolutely yummy!
Our bread maker finally gave up the ghost this week after 8 years. Living 7 miles from the nearest bakers makes it something of a necessity. Jut about to order a new one – a Panasonic seems to be a good buy. Our old one was a Kenwood but the clips that hold the baking dish in place are the problem.
YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM!!!
