Its taken me 48 years to discover how nice it is to truly relax 🙂
Yesterday was my birthday and Geoff treated me to a day at the Thermal baths in Ovronnaz., which is high up in the mountains over in Switzerland.
I also had a massage which after my experiences in South America was totally  heaven, by the time the guy had finished with me I had just about melted into the massage table 🙂
The views from the thermal baths were just breath taking, words or photos could not begin to show you just how breath taking it really was.

It was a fabulous day and a great treat for someone who is more used to giving massages than receiving them.
