My Race for life Paperwork arrived in the post today.

I am number 1782 and as I work for Tesco, the leading sponsor, I also get a nice pink T-shirt 🙂

Today’s 4 mile run was very enjoyable.

I am not really built for speed but do enjoy the longer distance.

Although my time for my 4 mile run has gone from 45.53 to 43.21 so feeling rather pleased with myself 🙂
