A full Day

Today started with a trip to the tip to remove all the lawn and hedge cuttings from my Garden.

Followed by a quick half hour work out at the gym 🙂

I then collected Geoff from the train station and we made our way home.

After Geoff admired my Garden we set off to walk over the fields to the next Village.

The reason for this walk was to Visit The Art exhibition being held in the local church.

Over 400 paintings to enjoy , all by local artist.

I have a liking for Beach Huts and bought myself a small painting but cannot collect it till next week.

We then made our way home through Congham Heath

After some dinner Geoff enjoyed his Indian Head massage before I returned him to the train station.

Then it was time for my yoga class , where for some reason , I fell asleep in the relaxation part 🙂

Sally walking in Norfolk

Its been along time since I did any walking in Norfolk.

But our walk on Sunday with the Cambridge Rambling club took us along the Pingo trail.

Which to my surprise is in Norfolk.

Ron and Margaret led us on a very interesting walk and I learnt a lot about the history of a Pingo

Some parts of the walk made me think we were in the swamps just waiting for the crocodiles and alligators to appear.

A walking treat

An ideal day to try my new mini muffin baking tins out 🙂

So I baked 36 mini Blueberry muffins, to share with our walking group.

Geoff even bought me 45 little gold cases to bake them in.

I also baked them using my coconut massage oil, which has huge health benefits.

They were well enjoyed and the group found it very funny that I had made them with my massage oil

and I made a special BIG Muffin for Geoff 🙂

Magic

After not having a scanner for almost 4 months its now up and working again 🙂

Geoff not only got the scanner working but my printer now works wireless.

This means Matthew should now be able to print his own stuff off with out emailing it to me.

We have not tried it yet as hes away roughing it at Thetford forest for the night, part of his uniformed services course.

So here is the recipe I tried for the first time last weekend.

It was delicious although I would use less milk next time 🙂

Struggling

Once again I find myself struggling with my weight 🙁

So I decided to have a complete change , out went all the Slimming world books and in came the Rosemary Conley books.

I first used a Rosemary Conley diet 21 years ago after giving Birth to Andrew, I had great results and kept the weight off by following her plan for many many years.

Amazingly you can find Rosemary Conley on Twitter and facebook

She even has her own blog and a tv channel.

So there is a lot of help and information out there 🙂

I am finding this much easier to follow as it does not take so much planning.

Nice recipes to cook at weekends and meals for one during the week.

3lb lost in the first week so a good incentive to carry on.

Another incentive is having a wedding to attend in Italy in June 🙂

New Poster

I am always trying to think of ways to acquire new massage clients.

So now I have a great new poster to advertise my business 🙂

Many Thanks to Nick , for doing this for me.

I certainly owe him and his wife Mia a massage now 🙂
