 I left home at 17 and joined the WRAF, so not originally from Norfolk but from a small village in Northamptonshire.

    I’m doing a double coast to coast bike ride next week from Teesside to Silloth and back to Whitby also walking the coast to coast walk next April. I would love to set up a blog to share my stories and photos, any tips.

    Hi Martin… set yourself a blog up …lots of free ones on the internet like blogger and wordpress. sure lots of people would love to follow you on your trip and see your photos.

    Blogging by mobile phone can be set up ..and best of all its fun and great to look back at all your adventures .
