Today I got my Walking boots on for the first time since returning from Corsica.
Geoff and I headed off down to Great Brickhill near Woburn to meet up with a couple of friends .
When we left home it was drizzling with rain and we expected to be having a very wet walk but we were very lucky and escaped the rain all day.
It was a lovely 14 mile woodland walk, the half way point was in Woburn where we got to look round the Farmers Market before eating our lunch.

Bedfordshire is one of the few counties I don’t think I’ve after been to. I thought it was reasonably urban, but I see parts of it aren’t.
Great walk. the gps data was 14.3 miles walked in 4hr 23min walking plus 59min stopped time. Moving average of 3.2mph Total ascent 397metres
