The Woburn Trek

Today I got my Walking boots on for the first time since returning from Corsica.

Geoff and I headed off down to Great Brickhill near Woburn to meet up with a couple of friends .

woburnwalkWhen we left home it was drizzling with rain and we expected to be having a very wet walk but we were very lucky and escaped the rain all day.

It was a lovely 14 mile woodland walk, the half way point was in Woburn where we got to look round the Farmers Market before eating our lunch.

In the woods we came across a nice “seat” carved out of a tree trunk ,Inscribed on the seat Geoff sitting on log seatwas…
This life is good live it gently with fire, and always with hope.

It was great to be out walking again and many thanks to Adrian for organizing and leading the walk
