Today I met up with the legstretcher Group.
They are part of the Ramblers Association.
They meet up once a month and do a longer walk than normal Rambler groups, because of this it is usually a smaller group of walkers
Today 10 of us met up at Shouldham Warren car park for an 18 mile walk around that area.
It was a very sunny warm day making it just perfect for walking by the river.
We did a stretch a long the Nar valley way that I had not done before and we stopped to eat our lunch outside the Ruins of Pentney Abbey.
A great day and many thanks to Mark for leading the walk.
Now I wont feel guilty when I eat the Apple and Blackberry crumble I just made

Ellee… sorry to miss your calls my mobile reception is very poor at home best to use home number….
Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday… catch up with all our news and have a little walk too.
Sorry to hear about your computer problems they can be so depressing …. I will have a look for you but cannot promise I can sort anything for you….
Sally, there is no way I could have done 18 miles, but what a fantastic route, it must have been very beautiful.
I always seem to miss you when I call you, I hope you got the two messages I left on your voicemail over the weekend re our walk on Wednesday. I’m really looking forward to it and catching up with all your news, and Geoff’s too.
I had my new computer set up over the weekend, but lots of settings are missing. I can’t access Twitter, I don’t have Windows Live Writer and have tried unsuccessfully to download it. I have no access to Admin on WordPress, so this means I cannot write new posts, it is very frustrating.
Also, although I can receive emails, I cannot send any, so I am in limbo at the moment, trying to sort out these difficulties.
My toes are sore after my walk on Saturday, and I wore two pairs of socks. I don’t know if it is because they are cheap boots.
That’s a very good walk Sally. Lovely spot for lunch. Ok, go for the crumble.
