Apart from on my blog I have never advertised myself anywhere as a massage therapist.
All my clients so far have found me via my blog.
This week I had my first client that came on a recommendation from another client.
Now I have decided to put an advert into my local village magazine.
The trouble is I am finding it hard, getting the right words.
It needs to be brief, clear and to the point.
Stressed then Relax
In the comfort of your own home
With an Indian head massage or
Swedish body massage.

Thanks for all you replys and suggestions…. I will let you know what i decide.. one thing you can be certain about and that is i am very careful and never take any risks.
I expect there is more info about me on the world wide web than i could get into any advert what ever the size may be 🙂
Looking back at the thread, I think Anne has turned it into the perfect advert 🙂
Just be careful to screen out any potential weird people and have a strategy in case things go wrong. As I work for Cambridge city council we have risk assessements drilled into us – take care.
I think I would go along with Cherrypie…yes just re-read it…

Maybe have the title as:
Feeling Stressed?
Then the first line as:
Then relax in the comfort of your own home.
We’re the same with the wargames club. We used to advertise in print media, but for the last 4 years, everyone has found us via the web site.
I guess that it won’t be only through the blog, but also through the other media that you use.
Best wishes,
Duncan
