With Geoff going off on his travels soon, I am making the most of the next few weekends while I still have someone to cook for.
I have a few recipes I want to try before he goes.
This weekend it was a Sea bass recipe.
Baked in the oven with fennel, leeks, red pepper, lemon and dill.
All wrapped in foil with some wine then baked for about half an hour.
Served with the best baby potatoes and green beans.
It really was delish.
I used Sea bass fillets but whole Sea bass would do just aswell.

Very tasty! Try gurnard or red or grey mullet fillets as alternatives to Bass (even the Greek farmed ones).
Very tasty 🙂 definetely one for me to try!
I don’t know that I’ve ever had sea bass, but I bought haddock in parsley sauce from Morrisons this morning…
