I have been looking for some affordable Manuka honey for many months now and this week I noticed Aldi had started to stock it, at a very reasonable price of £3.99

So I now have my Manuka honey to take with Cider Vinegar in warm water as a drink,its meant to be very good for your digestion, circulation and  joints.

BUT its an acquired taste !
